Steve Pandelidis wins 3rd at York Y-Tri
On Sunday June 25th Steve Pandelidis raced some very speedy 55-59 year old triathletes at the Y-Tri Sprint Triathlon in York, PA. Steve told his Peaks Coaching Group Coach, Karen Mackin, "You never know who will show up". Steve came in 3rd place in this age group and 20th overall! The Top 3 men in his category all would have won the 50-54 year old category. Steve even managed to finish faster than the 3rd place finisher in the 45-49 age category! It was a great race with some fantastic competition. Congratulations Steve!

Stacey Wins Masters at Indian Creek
Stacey McMickens won the Masters Womens Category at Indian Creek Sprint Triathlon held on Sunday July, 11, 2017 and place 5th out of all the women racers! Stacey had a very strong race despite having a crazy full week of coaching a High School Triathlon Camp the week leading up to it. She was a little worried because she was on her legs the whole time, but perhaps her competition had a tough week too, because she still came out on top! Way to go Stacey!

Stacey McMickens places 4th in the CapTex Olympic Distance Triathlon
On Memorial day 2017, Stacey McMickens races in Austin, Texas at the CapTex Olympic Distance Triathlon. Stacey got off to a good start in the swim and managed to have the fastest T1 in her category. She hopped on her bike and rode a very crowded course (a 6 mile circuit with hills and 2000 people!). She was going much faster than a lot of the racers on the course so at times she felt like she had to "almost camp out in the left lane". Needless to say, her bike split went very well. She finished up the race with an impeccably paced 10k, and crossed the finish line in 4th place in her very competitive age group. Congratulations Stacey!
Steve Pandeldis is on a Roll,1st again
In his last race, Steve Pandelidis won his age group. It appears that Steve is on a roll because this past weekend at the Got The Nerve Triathlon in Lebanon, PA on May 20, 2017 he did it again, finishing two minutes and fifteen seconds faster than second place in his division. The highlight of this race is right at the start jumping off the Cape May – Lewes Ferry. It was a great day for Steve!
