On November 26th, 2016, Stacey McMickens set out on the grueling 10 mile trail race in Lincoln Parish Park, Ruston, LA known as the Big Dog Ultra Trail Run. She's been working with her coach, Karen Mackin in building the endurance to tackle this off road event by gradually increasing her off-road running distance as well as metering and monitoring her running power with the Stryd Running Power meter. It looks like all the hard work payed off because Stacey came in 5th Place overall! What a great race!
